They also have a growing quantitative trading arm.Position Overview:They are seeking a highly capable and resilient Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and managing key mandates across the business. This is a senior role that requires a strong leader who can motivate teams, ensure accountability, and make tough decisions when required.The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with proven experience in people management, leadership and hiring processes.
