Client: My clients is a Tier 1 M&E contractor specialising in several sectors Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Data Centre and Petrochemical. The business has seen a significant amount of growth in the last 5 Years. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business expects the next two years to be a similar period of growth. After a successful year they now sit at a international turnover of over £300m. In the UK they have just been appointed on a £130 electrical only value Data centre in C. London, a £90m M&E value commercial job in C. London and a £20m M&E value job in West London. Role/Responsibilities: Management of subcontractor labourRFI’s and technical submittals All health and safety Review and amend RAMS Red pen design reviewsDriving job Overseeing mechanical installation The ideal candidate:Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of mechanical services.
