We are looking for like minded individuals (and couples) who want to start their own lettings business. More importantly, they have to share our vision to raise the standards in letting agency by providing a first class service, excellent property management and outstanding service for clients.
How much can you earn?
Your management portfolio is your business so therefore you choose the level of support that you need to service your portfolio to the highest standards. We will provide you with the platform to enable you to manage your portfolio, for a monthly fee.
As an example, if you let 8 properties per month, with an average rent of £950pcm you will earn over £90,000 in year one
As your portfolio grows your baseline income from your management portfolio will increase year on year. Based on our example your portfolio income would be worth £50,000 at the end of year one – this provides you with the monthly revenue and stability to scale your growth and build a team to manage your business locally.
