Government client is seeking a hands-on Change Manager to help deliver a new cloud based platform as the client moves into the delivery phase.
The ideal candidate will have extensive government change management experience in both IT/Digital Transformation Projects and Business/Organisational Change.
The change manager will be delivering the following:
Aligned to the Change Management Strategy, creating Change Management Strategy Documents.

Create a Change Management plan/roadmap, detailing deliverables and audiences.

Provide input, guidance and content as required.

Coordinate readiness activities.

Create and input into readiness assessments.

Identify key Stakeholders and types; create a Stakeholder Engagement.

Conduct a training needs analysis to identify gaps.

Using a Change Impact Assessment, analyse the impact of changes on people, processes, and systems.

Create user adoption metrics to measure success and highlight areas for future improvement.
