The Pearse Group is a collective of financial services focused boutique agencies. Over the past 6 years we’ve quickly established ourselves as a leading advisor to the financial services industry. We work with some of the worlds top Investment Banks, Private Equity and Credit Funds as well as PE portfolio companies through Pearse Professionals. Due to significant growth over the past 12 months and ambitious plans for 2025, we’re hiring a full time Marketing Executive to join the team! Working closely with the Marketing Director, on further developing the Pearse Partners brand while also developing and executing the marketing strategy to grow Pearse Professionals. Marketing Responsibilities: Build digital campaigns to generate leads (ie: Blog and Insight writing, whitepapers, quarterly newsletters) An understanding of SEO principles and applying to content creation to impact digital performance Taking ownership of pitch decks, credentials, people moves and salary surveys. Working closely with the Team Leads to obtain accurate data Prepare internal presentations, monthly and quarterly Manage the Pearse Professionals website, continuously working on improvements to develop our candidate and client acquisition Interest in building a PR Strategy and influencing those networks to work with Pearse Partners/Professionals Take the lead on internal marketing, ensuring clear communication across both businesses Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing role Experience within a recruitment/search or to fast paced B2B highly desirable Confident written and verbal communication Ability to push back on internal and external stakeholders High level of attention to detail A creative flair with the ability to switch between external and internal campaigns Experience using MS Office, Canva, WordPress and SurveyMonkey is desirable Benefits Unlimited annual leave Enhanced Maternity & Paternity leave Private health insurance including dental Quarterly lunch club Team trips away – Portugal, Edinburgh, Cotswolds For further information, please reach out to Alex Feeney – alexfeeney@pearsepartners.com
