Head of Operations – Eurest Catering
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Operations to join our Eurest business overseeing circa. 35 client accounts across the Midlands and North (including Scotland) of the UK. You’ll lead catering operations, ensuring high standards, profitability, and contract retention while driving service excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Leadership: Lead and motivate operational teams to drive high performance.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Quality & Compliance: Uphold food quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Financial Management: Ensure contracts operate within terms, budgets, and performance targets.
- Innovation & Growth: Identify growth, efficiency, and innovation opportunities.
- Passionate about food: Ensure your teams create food across the area that is tailored to client’s wants and needs that are delicious, healthy and planet positive.
- Sales & Retention: Support sales in bids, proposals, and business retention strategies.
About You:
- 3+ years’ experience in senior management in leading, managing and developing successful teams across multiple sites within a Contract Catering Business.
- Must be commercially astute, disciplined, organised, and experienced in developing budgets, meeting financial targets, managing a heavy workload, and working to tight deadlines.
- Flexibility in approach and mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track record of growing sales and retaining business.
- Demonstrable financial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance.
