Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience.
- University degree (Bachelor) in the field of Social Sciences; Master’s degree desirable.

- Proficient skills in designing and facilitating effective team meeting cadence, content, and materials.
- Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
