They are a well-established company who offer full training for the suitable candidate.This Sales Administrator role will suit someone who is tech-savvy and who has an interest in technology, telecoms or IT. You will bewilling to learn, have strong customer service skills, with exceptionalattention to detail, and common senses, as well as sales administration and time management skills. You will be willing to learn and will be given lots of training, but you should be IT computer-literate with a good telephone manner. You will be dealing with day-to-day enquiries and some basic account management, supporting a small team who are really busy. You will be dealing with and allocating enquiries.To be successful in Sales Administrator role, you will have:-Have a strong interest in technology, IT or telecomsExperience demonstrating excellent customer service skillsHigh level of IT literacy – proficient with MS Office and MS OutlookEvidence of excellent organisational and multitasking skillsA team player who is an effective and positive communicatorA good fit with company ethosHave a \”can-do\” attitudeBe reactive and able to deal with multiple client queries at onceBe able to conduct research when needed and think for yourselfBe competent, diligent, organised and thoroughResponsibilities of a Sales Administrator:Handle customer queries by email and phoneRespond to or co-ordinate responses to customers by email and phone or ticketing systemRaise tickets for queries relating to technical supportContact customers with updates, follow-ups, responsesProduce quotes and help build solution proposals with sales teamProcessing customer orders through management systemLiaise with the technical and operational departments to inform customer responses and to manage orders and projects through to effective deliveryMaintain and update customer records, pricing, sales collateralJoin sales/marketing meetings and contribute to updates, ideas and planningDevelop monthly sales reports and help track sales performanceCommunicate customer feedback internallyDevelop product and service knowledge to increase ability to handle queries/quotesManage sales diariesLiaise with suppliers and monitor product/supplier developmentsJBRP1_UKTJ
