The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing VICs, consistently exceeding sales targets, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for providing personalised service to an elite clientele, maximising revenue opportunities, and representing our brand with the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Clienteling:· Drive sales and surpass targets by utilising extensive product knowledge and exceptional sales techniques in both Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order services.· Deliver a luxury, personalised shopping experience for clients, offering bespoke styling advice and customised solutions based on their needs and preferences.· Manage the full sales cycle for both existing and new clients, ensuring a seamless and elevated shopping experience.· Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities through Made-to-Order services, product launches, and special events.· Stay ahead of fashion trends and seasonal collections, ensuring the ability to offer informed, cutting-edge style recommendations.VIC Relationship Management:· Manage and grow a portfolio of VICs.· Maintain and enhance strong, long-term relationships with top clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and loyalty through regular follow-up and personalised communications..
