Salary: Up to £75k + Bonus, Car allowance & Healthcare

With nearly 30 years of experience in product development, our client’s company provides design, 3D printing (SLA & SLS), and low-volume production services to a diverse range of clients. Operating across industries such as automotive, defense, TV & film, medical, and consumer goods , they are well-respected for high-quality delivery and innovative solutions. Their team of 20 professionals , including a strong and technically skilled sales team, is dedicated to maintaining a reputation for excellence. As they continue to grow—targeting a 20% year-on-year increase —we are looking for a motivated sales leader to help drive our success.

Key Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of sales processes and strategy
Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
Experience selling technical solutions in a fast-moving environment
Proven ability to lead and develop a successful sales team
Confident in negotiating and closing deals in a competitive market
