Our client, well regarded in their field, is looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefit Specialist to manage the European payroll and benefit processes whilst assisting with the UK. You will bring your experience of managing international payroll and implementing effective payroll policies, processes, and working practices to ensure a first-class approach.

Collaborating with third party providers and working closely alongside the coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for any payroll/benefits queries whilst handling any complex payroll and benefit issues. You will manage statutory obligations and support with legislative changes across multiple payrolls. Manage the administration and changes to payroll such as joiners, leavers, salary changes, pension contributions/allowances, etc. Reconciliation and approvals.

You will always review payroll processing practices, policies, and procedures and ensure process improvement as needed. Managing vendor relationships for ADP Celergo. Management of the employee benefit platform and agenda.

We'd like to see demonstrable experience of processing European payrolls (specifically Spain and Netherlands) and experience within a UK payroll process, along with benefit administration. Experience of major payroll systems such as ADP Celergo, as well as strong knowledge of statutory requirements relating to UK payroll and preferably a broad understanding of other international payrolls.
