Role: SC Cleared ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Length: 2 Months +

Location: London – 1 day per week onsite

Rate: £659 per day (Inside IR35)

Responsibilities:

• Fulfils technical designing, creating, documenting, and communicating the integration approach of all the components of the architecture.
• Research, analyse, determine capabilities, and propose solution alternatives that address specific business needs and product / service strategies across businesses lines.
• Educates clients and negotiates the right technical solutions.
• Deliver a positive and value-add experience to clients in every intention.
• Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, designing tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.
• Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a program.

Skills Required:

• 4 Years + experience working on ServiceNow Platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) AND / or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM) is desirable.
• Proven experience in two additional product lines outside of ITSM: Orchestration, Discovery, Project Portfolio, SecOps, Agent Intelligence or other predictive models.
• Knowledge of ITIL V3.
• Experience in consulting, service management and software development.
• 4 years multiple platform configuration.
• Proficient of web-based development languages specifically JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Java.
• Agile development environment experience.
