Job Description

Night Duty Manager – Luxury Residential Development
Location: Central London
Salary: Competitive + Benefits

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Night Duty Manager to join a leading team responsible for one of London's most prestigious luxury residential developments.

As the most senior team member on site during night hours, you will oversee the delivery of premium front of house operations including concierge, security, guest services, and housekeeping. You'll ensure seamless service delivery, uphold brand standards, and act as a key point of contact for residents and VIP guests overnight.

You'll be responsible for coordinating central night operations including post and deliveries, amenity bookings, guest arrivals, waste and recycling procedures, and managing a high-performing night team. Proactive communication, leadership, and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining a calm, professional, and service-led environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a senior front of house role within ultra-prime residential or 5-star hospitality environments
  • Strong understanding of working in high-end, amenity-rich buildings
  • A confident, composed presence with outstanding leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Central London
  • Experience serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
  • Impeccable spoken and written English; other languages an advantage
  • Ability to lead in high-pressure situations and resolve issues efficiently overnight
