Here, you will have the opportunity to work in all aspects of patent and trademark litigation. Your responsibility will be commensurate with your experience and demonstrated capabilities.
Patent Litigator Requirements:
- 2-5 years of IP litigation experience, with an emphasis on patent cases
- Minimum BS from a STEM curriculum (i.e., patent bar eligibility)
- JD, MA state bar
- USPTO registration preferred
- Stable work history
- Excellent academic credentials
