What the day will look like

In this wide and varied role your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage the Marine Claims departments in London and Chelmsford, driving operational excellence.
• Handle complex claims across marine liability, Hull, P&I, and cargo sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with outstanding communication skills.
• Collaborate with global teams and travel internationally to deliver exemplary client service.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Proven expertise in Marine Liability, Hull, P&I, and Cargo claims.
• Outstanding client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Experience in a leadership role within the marine insurance sector.
• Willingness to travel globally.
