Who is hiring? This business is a leading provider of food and drinks into commercial organisations across the UK. They specialise in providing technology companies, law firms, and more with healthy and sustainable products, having grown substantially since being founded in the mid-2010s.

What is the role? As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will initially rotate around the business to learn from experts in different disciplines and fully understand the inner workings of the organisation. Once established, you will move into a new business sales role where you will proactively seek new clients as well as respond to inbound leads. It is important to be a confident communicator who wants to utilise their relationship-building skills in a competitive sales role. Progression can lead to opportunities in the field, meeting clients in person across London, through roles such as Business Development Manager or Account Manager. The company has also committed to enrolling you on a series of sales training courses delivered by BMS Performance.

What is the company looking for? The most important quality for a successful candidate is confidence. You will be speaking over the phone, virtually, or even meeting with decision makers in person, making it imperative to build strong relationships. What can I earn? The package offered is a £30,000 basic salary with an OTE of £40,000 based on performance-related bonuses.
