Role: Construction ManagerProject: High-End Residential Fit-OutsLocation: East LondonContract Type: Outside IR35Rate: DOEContract Length: 6 months initially (with potential to extend)Start Date: ASAPWe’re working with a leading Design & Build contractor in London who are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the on-site delivery of high-spec residential fit-out projects across East and Central London.This is a great opportunity to take ownership of prestigious residential schemes within a fast-paced, design-driven environment.Key Requirements:Proven experience managing residential fit-out or refurbishment projectsPrevious work with Design & Build contractors or high-end residential developersStrong on subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and programme managementExcellent understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance on live sitesComfortable liaising with clients, consultants, and internal design teamsExperience working in occupied properties or prime residential environments is a plusCertifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are preferredIf you’re an experienced Construction Manager with a track record in delivering high-end residential projects and are available for a new contract, please get in touch with Reon Ingham at G2 Recruitment to discuss the role further or apply.
