The role of Team Leader based in Fulham Broadway will be responsible for:

  • A strong leader who understands the importance of leading by example and maintaining a consistent input.
  • Someone who can manage and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results in day-to-day MA generation activities.
  • A relationship builder who can collaborate effectively with the front offices and strengthen internal partnerships.
  • A knowledgeable professional who stays up to date with market trends and uses this insight to guide the team.
  • A trainer and mentor who is dedicated to developing the team and enhancing the solid foundations we have put in place.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful Team Leader will have the following attributes:

  • This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about achieving excellence while fostering a supportive and productive team environment. Previous client services experience is not a pre-requisite.
  • Efficient and well organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident with a professional approach.
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with both internal colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent standard of communication.
  • Have a good level of IT knowledge, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills.
  • Able to work well in a pressurised office environment and with a team.
