An innovative healthcare organisation is looking for a skilled and clinically focused Territory Manager to join their cutting-edge Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair (TEER) team. This role offers a unique chance to make a real difference, contributing to the advancement of treatments for structural heart disease while furthering your professional development in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Blending clinical expertise with commercial strategy, this role provides the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art structural heart technologies. You will be instrumental in driving market growth, launching products, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers. As a trusted partner, you will support TEER procedures, provide expert advice, and help achieve exceptional outcomes for patients and healthcare teams. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary expert for TEER procedures, providing hands-on support and clinical expertise to ensure positive patient outcomes. Identify and prioritise key centres, ensuring they meet clinical and commercial development criteria. Build strong connections across multidisciplinary hospital teams, including interventionalists, echocardiologists, sonographers, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and Cath lab staff. Exceed sales targets, keep track of competitor activities, and maintain meaningful relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following job profile: Demonstrable experience in a clinical or commercial role within surgical medical devices, ideally in cardiology or structural heart therapy. Strong knowledge of hospital systems, procurement pathways, and healthcare organisational dynamics. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders. A full UK driving license. Based in South West England.
