Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

Job DescriptionWe are currently partnering with a Local Government organisation in the West Midlands, who are looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to on an initial 3-month locum basis.They are open to both full-time and part-time applicants, and can offer remote working, and a rate of circa £50 – £60 p/hour via an Umbrella company.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex commercial property matters within Local Government.Duties will include (but are not limited to):Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including leases, licences, rent reviews and related agreementsProviding confident, pragmatic advice directly to clientsActing with a high degree of autonomy and minimal supervisionSupporting clients with clear guidance and a hands-on, practical approachBringing strong communication and problem-solving skills to build trust and manage client expectations effectivelyExperience required:Experience required in Local GovernmentExperience managing complex commercial property mattersWorking hours:Open to both full-time and part-time applicants
