Job Description

Propel is excited to be partnered with a global Executive Search firm, with presence in the UK, USA and APAC, who are looking for a Sales Director to join their Board.

This role will partner alongside the CEO and COO, to work with the Sales Managers and Consultants on driving revenue, maximising opportunities and optimising the relationships between sales and growth functions.

This role will be based in Leeds (relocation support can be provided), with travel to additional offices required on occasion.

You must have recruitment experience to be considered for this opportunity.

An Executive Search firm working with mid-senior level roles all the way to C-Suite and Board level appointments globally.

Role Description

As the Sales Director, you will be part of the Board of Directors, working alongside the CEO, COO and Senior Leadership team to drive revenue, growth and synergy across the global business.

You will work collaborative with the stakeholders across the business to maximise opportunities and deliver on their 2030 vision.

You will be able to confidently communicate their vision, forecast sales, strategies for market growth and lead the sales function.

You will have:

  • A strong background in international recruitment (Executive Search is preferable)
  • Will have a proven track record of divisional-level management/directorship.
  • Experienced with having managers as direct reporting lines across multiple divisions.
  • Travel will be required to their Manchester office, as well as potential international travel to Florida and Australia.
  • You will enjoy working with Divisional Heads, getting stuck into their divisional sales and how to maximise sales within the team, including individual business units and consultant performance.
  • Previous responsibility for a sales unit, including forecasting and projecting units.
  • Will be a confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • A collaborative worker who is there to support company-wide, including our Growth Teams.
  • Have a passion for meeting and exceeding targets and maximising every sales opportunity.
  • An ambitious professional who has an eye for detail.
