Bhayani HR & Employment Law is a niche law firm with a decade of expertise, specializing in HR and employment law. Recently acquired by Make UK, we are excited to expand and enhance our offerings. Our firm provides specialized and holistic HR and legal services to businesses and charities across various industry sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to lead our dedicated employment law team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our HR and business legal services teams, offering a seamless integration of services to our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and timely advice on all employment law and employee relations matters via in-person consultations, phone, or written communication.
- Manage employment litigation end-to-end in the Employment Tribunal.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, procedures, and related documents.
- Prepare and deliver seminars and training sessions on employment law and employee relations topics.
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the employment law team.
- Actively engage in networking and business development initiatives.
