You will be part of the lead generation team who are responsible for driving new business acquisition across Vodafone Business, supporting the Lead Generation Manager to deliver the FY26 strategy (aligned with the Leadership team and the Business Director’s key areas for focus for the overall business). This includes:

Generating 2,600 leads and delivering a return on investment

Onboarding new suppliers

Optimising lead nurture programmes

Enriching data sources to deliver a full view of the Vodafone Business prospect universe
Lead Generation work with external partners who outbound (cold call) prospects to generate hot leads into Vodafone sales teams. You will be supporting this activity through the monitoring of leads and opportunities within the relevant sales channels across Vodafone Business (SME, Indirect, CPS & Health).
A key driver to the success of lead optimising is supporting sales with best-in-class sales enablement. Your role will own sales enablement for the sales team. All members of the lead generation team need to track and monitor the success of lead generation campaigns, ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI) is generated along with pipeline growth. You will be supporting the wider marketing team on delivery of campaigns and email campaign activity to drive inbound leads into sales.

Ability to manage different stakeholders across Commercial Marketing, Sales and external agencies.
