The Head of EMEA Valuation Analytics and Support is responsible for leading the EMEA valuation team activities relating to model developments, LDTI analysis and reporting and is responsible for operational interactions with the Global Finance and Global Valuation teams on these areas.

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Leading and coordinating EMEA valuation team work (across the UK, SA and CEME teams) on assumption changes, model development, and the development and implementation of new analysis and MI tools.
- Acting as a key operational liaison with Global Valuation and Global Finance teams.
- Maintaining a live log of model and assumption changes, with future forecasts, and sharing that (including impacts) with local and global management teams.
- Supporting EMEA Valuation Team projects through sharing resources, and maintaining a view of short and medium-term project and resource needs.
Qualifications
- Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, Society of Actuaries, or other recognized actuarial body.
- 10+ years of experience in the life insurance or reinsurance industry.
