We are seeking an experienced Trading Business Analyst to join our team and support energy and commodities trading firms in optimizing the Endur trading platform. You will work closely with traders, risk managers, and IT teams to enhance the platform's efficiency in trading, risk management, and back-office operations.
Location: London (with adhoc travel)
Salary: Competitive, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business requirements
- Configuring Endur functionalities and identifying system improvements
- Troubleshooting trading workflow issues
- Ensuring data integrity and facilitating user training
- Generating and presenting reports to stakeholders
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery and business analysis
- Experience with energy trading markets, especially UK & European Power, Gas, or Environmental products
- Knowledge of trading instruments like OTC transactions, futures, options
- Experience with Endur configuration, trade lifecycle, and risk management
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in STEM or related fields (preferred but not essential)
