Head Waiter – Mayfair, London
Oswald’s is a private member’s club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.

We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter to join the Front of House Team, with the opportunity to earn up to 45,000.

The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
The responsibilities of the Head Waiter are:
- To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
- To assist and supervise Junior Waiters.
- To have a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service.
- Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests.
- Table service to members and their guests.
The Experience & Qualifications required as Head Waiter are:
- Significant experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel or private member’s club advantageous.
The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday – Saturday.
