Telesales Supervisor

Within this role you will be supervising the Telesales team whilst calling through lapsed customers on their database to convert and win new business

• Managing the team and dealing with any questions or queries

• Dealing with escalations

• Dealing with customers or queries

• Sending quotes

• Follow up on leads

• Provide a high level of customer service
