Senior Landscape Architect

Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing other team members including graduates, if and when required

• Design and construction drawing production

• Report writing i.e., LVIA

• Client liaison

The successful Senior Landscape Architect will be offered a salary and benefits package which will include the following: * xc2xa338,000-xc2xa345,000+ dependent on experience

The Senior Landscape Architect will ideally have a degree or post graduate qualification in landscape architecture/design with experience in all aspects of landscape design projects and an understanding of landscape planning. They will have an involvement in the delivery of projects, including communication with clients and sub-consultants in order to meet objectives. It is essential that applicants have a strong work ethic with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and tasks to meet tight deadlines. It is preferential but not essential for applicants to be Chartered Members of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) and have experience in managing projects.

Applicants should have good, proven, all round landscape experience to enable them to work on a variety of projects including design and LVIA. A successful candidate would be able to demonstrate strong technical, design and documentation capabilities with experience across a wide range of project types and all work stages. Applicants should be creative and well-organised with good written and oral communication skills and experience of managing their own workload with minimal supervision in a proactive and efficient manner. The successful individual will be dedicated, flexible and happy to assist at all levels of the business and work well in a team.

Favourable attributes include: * Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign), Microsoft Office 365

• Experience in the use of GIS, Sketchup, Keyscape and Vectorworks is desirable but not essential

• At least 2-3 years practical working experience post degree, ideally more.

• Excellent level of written and spoken English

• A full driving licence is essential and use of your own vehicle is preferred
