Over time, the role will expand to include transactions across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee debt financing processes for energy infrastructure deals.
- Engage directly with borrowers, lenders, and stakeholders to manage transactions efficiently.
- Analyse financial models, cash flow statements, and accounts to assess risk and feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with covenant tests and identify financial discrepancies.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to structuring and executing deals.
Key Requirements:
- Strong financial literacy, with the ability to review and interpret financial models, P&L statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to ask the right questions and learn quickly.
- Professional and assertive, with the confidence to push back when necessary.
- Hands-on experience managing transactions in a fast-paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a high-impact role within the energy investment sector.
