Sales Order Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator Foston, Derby (on site) £26,500 – £28,000 My friendly, expanding client are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join their successful Derby based manufacturing business. Overall Purpose: The customer service team is responsible for internal coordination and are first point of contact with customers. The team build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers. The ideal candidate will come from a similar customer focussed role within a manufacturing company. You will have a sharp attention for detail and ensure accuracy when sending information to customers, raising sales orders and production documentation. You must be a proactive person, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, able to communicate at all levels and enjoy dealing directly with customers and suppliers.
