This is a new and exciting job joining a call centre environment for my Ipswich-based client.
Your new role
This is a newly created Temporary Customer Services Advisor with an immediate start and an expected duration through to March 2025. You will be joining an experienced team; your duties will be varied and include:
- Providing customers with prompt, effective and courteous front line service.
- Working as part of the primary team who answers switchboard calls.
- Data processing into CRM system, responding to complex enquiries.
- Ensuring that customers are provided with relevant information and agree further follow-up actions.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this temporary Customer Services Advisor job, you will require:
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, the Internet or similar software
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
- The ability to find research and extract information.
- Proven experience in research and problem-solving
- Good level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- A confident, approachable manner with the ability to communicate with a range of people.
- Able to deal effectively with difficult/emotional customers in potentially stressful situations and with sensitive and confidential information.
