Senior Quantity Surveyor We are working with a well-established commercial contractor who specialise in fit-outs, maintenance, redevelopment and commercial refurbishment projects across the UK. Our client complete a range of commercial refurbishments and redevelopments, fit-out projects and maintenance programmes from small scale right up to £15m across most sectors from Commercial, Retail, Education, Residential, Healthcare, Industrial. Also, one off bespoke residential new build developments. Our client are looking for somebody with strong construction background within small fit outs, large refurbishment and redeveopment projects. This is an interesting opportunity to join a well-established South Wales construction company in an exciting period of growth.
