Teach, supervise, and assess learners across a variety of locations and programmes within SEND, at levels including pre-entry and above.

Organise assessment opportunities in line with awarding body requirements to promote learner achievement.

Monitor, action plan, track, and review learners’ progress regularly.

Maintain and complete assessment records and action plans.

Provide feedback and reports on learners’ progress to colleagues, employers, and learners.

Prepare and maintain resources and the learning environment (e.g., workshops or studios).

Assist with external events such as student skill competitions and industry visits.

Support recruitment efforts, including participating in Open Days and special events.

Attend Faculty, team, and cross-college meetings as required.
