The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

  • Teach, supervise, and assess learners across a variety of locations and programmes within SEND, at levels including pre-entry and above.

  • Organise assessment opportunities in line with awarding body requirements to promote learner achievement.

  • Monitor, action plan, track, and review learners’ progress regularly.

  • Maintain and complete assessment records and action plans.

  • Provide feedback and reports on learners’ progress to colleagues, employers, and learners.

  • Prepare and maintain resources and the learning environment (e.g., workshops or studios).

  • Assist with external events such as student skill competitions and industry visits.

  • Support recruitment efforts, including participating in Open Days and special events.

  • Attend Faculty, team, and cross-college meetings as required.

  • Minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent).

  • Vocational skills or practical experience in hospitality/catering and life skills.

  • Extensive experience working with learners with a range of learning disabilities.

  • Experience delivering training and assessment at Entry Level to Level 1.
