** The purpose of this role is to work closely with the assigned Clients, build strong relationships with them to assist with your transition into Financial Planner in the future
** Work within a pod with an experienced Financial Planner and assist with providing Financial planning Advice to a well-established loyal Client Portfolio
** Prepare all relevant information/documentation, be familiar with the Clients background before attending the meeting with the Financial Planner
** Prepare post meeting notes including any actions and assist the paraplanner with making recommendations to the Client
** Ensure the Advice and Annual review process runs on time and to excellent standards
** The management team invest heavilily in their staff with a view to watching their careers flourish and that personal goals are achieved
