Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Microsoft 365 administration, user support, and compliance management? Our client is seeking a Systems Support Assistant to play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising their IT systems, ensuring seamless operations, security, and compliance with international standards., * Administer Microsoft 365 services, managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online.

Provide second-level technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring minimal service disruption.

Oversee hybrid cloud and on-premises integration, managing Azure Active Directory (AAD), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Implement security policies and compliance measures, conducting routine audits and enforcing data protection strategies such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

Maintain ISO compliance records, including impact assessments, processing activity logs, and service catalogs, ensuring adherence to ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 9001, and ISO 27701 standards.
