Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + bonus and relocation package

Responsibilities of the General Manager – Grab & GO Concept:

• Inspire and lead the team by setting an example of excellence.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and mutual respect.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members.
• Handle performance management and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour.
• Analyse sales data to optimize staff schedules for cost management.
• Ensure food and beverages meet high-quality standards.
