Sales Negotiator

• Assisting the sales team to help the department run smoothly

• Face to face guided viewings of clients homes with potential buyers

• Sales progression and helping our clients through to completion

• Acting on leads, booking in appointments and diary management

• Putting forward offers and liaising with clients

• Key management

• Telephone handling and admin assistance

We will be able to offer training to a successful candidate as there is a great opportunity to progress and learn within the company to further develop skills and learn on the job.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our busy team in Chipping Sodbury.

The ideal candidate will have some experience within an Estate Agency role, with a strong sales background and a good understanding of customer service.

We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, can work well within a team and can help support our busy department., * Will have some sales knowledge ideally with an Estate Agency background

• A good understanding of working with Microsoft and Outlook

• Some admin experience would be beneficial

• A good level of customer service experience in a client based role would be advantageous

• A driving licence is essential
