As the company looks to revitalise its asset base, including the refurbishment of multiple properties with a particular emphasis on hotels and residential, now is deemed the appropriate time to bring in an extremely accomplished and seasoned property professional to work alongside the Chairman and Board in the delivery of operational modernisation, organisational excellence and revitalisation of the Bournemouth Estate.
