Client Delivery Director (Manufacturing, Logistics, Utilities and Energy)

We are currently working on behalf of our trusted client who is looking for a Client Delivery Director (Manufacturing, Logistics, Utilities and Energy). Our client is an international consultancy which provides IT consulting and business process outsourcing services for industries including banking, health care, manufacturing, media, and entertainment!

What You Can Expect

  • Location – London (Hybrid, 1-2 days per week in London office)
  • Work type – Permanent

Main Responsibilities as a Client Delivery Director (Manufacturing, Logistics, Utilities and Energy)

  • Drive client satisfaction by building strong relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement IPA sales strategies for assigned accounts, collaborating with industry vertical sales teams.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals with a focus on client needs and value creation.
  • Contribute to the IPA practice by sharing knowledge, leading communities of practice and mentoring team members.
  • Motivate and develop a high performing team, providing guidance and support for their growth.
  • Take responsibility for revenue, margin, pipeline, total contract value and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
  • Work with teams across the consultancy to create targeted pitches and solutions.
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs, engage with strategic partners and participate in industry events.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in delivering IT Services within at least one of the following sectors either directly or via a consultancy: Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy or Utilities.
  • Experience working within an IT consultancy is essential.
  • Experience in coaching and leading account teams is essential.
  • Strong client delivery experience is essential.
  • Exceptional client management experience with a track record of maintaining strong client relationships.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach, willing to go the extra mile to achieve success.
  • Experience selling and delivering Automation and AI services is preferred.
  • Willing to travel approximately 40% annually to client sites if requested.
