The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Epsom-based SME with high growth strategy requires a Head of Operations on a 12 month fixed term salaried contract (not day rate) basis to centralise their Operations and ensure best-in-class Operational Delivery as they rapidly scale up.
You will be a senior leader in both Operational Excellence and Change Management. You will have worked in both mature/recognisable organisations as well as fast-paced start-ups/SMEs previously. This blended experience is vital to allow you to know ‘what good Operations looks like’ as well having successfully navigated Operational growing-pains for scaling SMEs in the past.
To be considered for this position you will have comprehensive experience in:
- Strategy & operations.
- Operational excellence.
- Operational delivery.
- Lean six sigma.
- Continuous improvement.
- Change management – IT, People, Business & Operations.
- Business and IT transformation.
- New ways of working.
- Enterprise software transformation.
- Customer journeys.
- Management consulting – it is desirable that you will have experience in Strategy & Operations and/or Change & Transformation management consulting.
This is an urgent requirement and the successful individual will need to start by the end of March 2025 . Given this timeframe we are therefore only able to consider individuals with a 1 month notice period or less . Ideally you will have immediate availability to start ASAP.
This opportunity has a hybrid working pattern where you will spend 3 days per week in the office and the rest from home.
