We’re looking for a skilled and adaptable Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join a leading provider of student accommodation, based in Exeter. If you enjoy variety in your day, take pride in solving problems, and want to work somewhere you can make a real difference, this role could be for you.You’ll be the go-to person for keeping student residences running smoothly – from fixing a dripping tap to ensuring heating, ventilation, and safety systems are fully compliant.
