Head of Business Development – FMCG MarTech

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the business development team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Drive new business opportunities with CPG and retail clients using data-driven marketing solutions and tailored offers
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in CPG, grocery retail, or related industries
  • Proven success in leading teams and delivering revenue growth
  • Expertise in all stages of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-value deals
  • Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills, with a focus on creating long-term client solutions
  • Experience with retail media networks, personalized marketing, and consumer analytics is a plus
