Release Manager

Release ManagerWe’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Release Manager to own and manage the end-to-end software release process. In this role, you’ll be at the centre of product delivery, coordinating across multiple teams and platforms to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality releases.What You’ll DoLead the release process for backend systems and frontend applications.Maintain the release calendar and align it with business priorities.Collaborate with Development, QA, Delivery, and Client Success teams to manage risks and dependencies.Create and manage release documentation, including notes, deployment plans, and rollback strategies.Communicate release progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement through post-release reviews and metrics.What We’re Looking For✅ 4+ years’ experience as a Release Manager, DevOps, or similar coordination role. ✅ Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and the full software development lifecycle. ✅ Experience across APIs, web, mobile, and cloud platforms. ✅ Excellent planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. ✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.Bonus points if you have:Experience with Git, branching strategies, and Jira.SaaS background.Knowledge of video technologies (transcoding, encoding, ad insertion, metadata, etc.).
