A Good Secondary School in Croydon are seeking to appoint a School Administrator/Receptionist to join them on a full-time basis starting immediately., * Full time working non-negotiable working hours from 7.15am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

  • Managing general administrative tasks to support the day-to-day running of the school office

  • Managing busy reception area

  • Handling school communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Assisting with attendance records, pupil data management, and BROMCOM database input

  • Supporting staff and visitors, ensuring smooth school operations

  • Working closely with senior staff to provide efficient administrative support

  • Previous school administration experience is essential

  • Proficient in using school management systems (BROMCOM/SIMS experience is highly desirable)

  • Be detail-orientated, organised, proactive, and able to work independently as and when required

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Applicants must have an enhanced DBS on the update service
