Job Description
Portico are currently looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to join our small team based at a world renowned banking client in Central London.
Our team work in close partnership with all service partners at the bank, to deliver an exceptional working environment and seamless experience for the banks staff and visitors.
The Workplace Experience Manager will oversee a wide scope of services that contributes towards the workplace experience including post room services and gym & wellness centre services.
Not only will the successful candidate oversee the day-to-day operation, but they will also have full management duties to a diverse team consisting of a Workplace Experience Coordinator, Events Concierge and a team of 2 in the post room.
Another important element of this position will be client relationship management. The Workplace Experience Manager is the most senior Portico team member on location and will liaise with the client daily, cultivating a good working relationship with them, remaining a consistent ambassador for Portico on site, and assisting in multiple projects and workstreams.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week with shifts typically between 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday
Salary: £47,500

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with a proven background in overseeing a successful office experience operation. They will have the ability and ideas to innovate the services, improving what is already a world class offering.
They will be a strong communicator and relish the opportunity to build strong working relationships with an extensive network of key stakeholders, including the executive team.
They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to demonstrate adaptability, embracing change and managing the team through anything new that must be implemented.
They will have a strong passion for customer experience and a solid knowledge of facilities management.
