You’ll have a keen eye for detail, a passion for great UI, and the speed to keep up with our high-output team.Key Responsibilities:Design high-converting landing pages and funnels in FigmaWork with CRO and performance teams to improve UX and boost resultsCreate UI that’s intuitive, on-brand, and visually sharpMove fast, we plan, create, test and launch quicklyCollaborate with developers and creatives to bring your designs to lifeThe Skills To SucceedExpert in FigmaStrong understanding of UX best practices and user journeysConfident eye for modern UI design, layout, hierarchy, typography, spacingExperience designing for conversion-focused environments (bonus!)Fast, responsive, and comfortable working in a collaborative teamWhat We Can Offer YouSalary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum – dependent on experience Work in a fast-paced, creative environment37.5 hours per week Company pension scheme Company health plan Hybrid working arrangement (4 days in office, 1 remote)
