We are currently recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Controller to join a fast-paced and high-volume used car dealership in Hinckley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a thriving environment with a strong support team and excellent earning potential. Role Overview: As a Used Car Sales Controller, you will be working in a busy showroom with a high footfall, selling quality used vehicles while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in managing the sales team, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, and supporting the overall performance of the site. What’s on Offer: * Basic Salary: £30,000 * OTE: Up to £60,000 * 28 Days Holiday * Full-time, Permanent Role * 42.5-hour contract (5 days a week) * Monday – Friday: 10am-7pm * Saturday: 10am-6pm * Sunday: 10am-4pm * Full training and development provided * Driving licence required Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing the sales team and driving performance to achieve targets * Supporting and mentoring team members in closing deals * Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and financial documentation * Managing the sales process, from enquiry to delivery * Identifying opportunities to maximise revenue through value-added products * Carrying out General Manager responsibilities when required * Monitoring and auditing deal presentations to ensure accuracy and compliance The Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience in used car sales * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team * Professional and presentable with excellent customer service skills * FCA accredited (or willing to undergo training) * Experience in high-volume car supermarkets is advantageous * A hands-on approach with a passion for sales and automotive retail If you are a results-driven sales professional looking for an exciting new opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
