As a key member of the Central L&D Team, the Learning Partner will drive the delivery of key business strategies by designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programmes and projects across various departments within Integral. The Learning Partner is responsible for addressing the learning needs of colleagues across Integral using methodologies including virtual learning, face-to-face learning, coaching, and innovative learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct learning needs analyses within assigned business units to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Develop professional relationships with business unit leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of training solutions, leveraging existing content and collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Facilitate interactive learning solutions, preparing plans based on adult learning theories and employing various delivery methods.
  • Provide reporting on learning initiatives, demonstrating impact and ROI.
  • Champion the use of the Learning Management System and educate employees on its features.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage learning project resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Stay current with market events, product enhancements, and emerging techniques to inform training topics.
  • Research industry standards and embrace new learning technologies for professional development.
  • Oversee logistics of training programmes, including venue management and resource allocation.
  • Maintain records of all learning programmes, including evaluations and LMS data.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Integral's products and services, promoting best practices.
  • Work with management to develop diverse learning content, such as e-learning modules and facilitator guides.
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness and measure impact on business outcomes, recommending improvements.
  • Support the development of a learning culture within Integral.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Learning Lead and HR Director.
