We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our customers and communities. /p p b Job Description: /b We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Officer to provide dedicated support to our Chief Executive. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. /p p The Executive Support Officer will be responsible for managing the Chief Executives diary and inbox, as well as providing administrative and clerical support. They will also be involved in the planning and coordination of senior stakeholder meetings, including the Senior Leadership Team. /p p Main duties and responsibilities: /p ul li To provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the Chief Executive. /li li To manage the Chief Executives diary and inbox,

ensuring that they are fully briefed and prepared for each appointment. /li li To co-ordinate the management of the Chief Executives office, including the screening of telephone calls and post. /li li To draft agendas, collate board packs and maintain forward plans and action logs for senior stakeholder meetings. /li li To minute meetings and maintain accurate records of discussions and decisions. /li li To work with national governance and local authority partners, as well as a broad range of other stakeholders, to ensure efficient and effective information is conveyed. /li li To receive visitors and ensure that appropriate arrangements are in place for their reception. /li li To maintain office systems to ensure the efficient working of the Chief Executives office. /li li To provide and maintain an up to date and accurate filing system, utilising both manual and computerised systems. /li li To record and manage petty cash / P Card expenditure, keeping

spreadsheets of outgoing and incoming revenue producing a flow chart of expenditure. /li li To liaise with relevant partners and organisations to ensure efficient and effective information is conveyed. /li li To help coordinate various events including the research into travel and accommodation, the setting up of events, arranging and despatching agendas. /li li To liaise with all internal and external contacts, elected members and the public in a courteous and efficient manner, thereby generating a positive external perception of EMCCA. /li li To participate, collaborate and lead assigned and defined projects relevant to the Chief Executives office supporting continuous improvement. /li li To flexibly support assigned administrative tasks and duties across the Executive Support team. /li /ul p The estimated salary for this position is between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience. /p
