This leading project management consultancy who partner with some of London’s most prestigious real estate developers / investors have an exciting new opportunity for a Director Project Manager with Hotel sector experience.
Overview
As lead Director for Hotels / Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to drive the strategic growth of the firm’s hotel presence, building on existing client relationships and your own network. This role combines client development with team and project leadership, ideal for a senior PM professional strong in both commercial growth and project delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ project management experience within a consultancy
- Hotel sector expertise is essential, wider experience across residential is desirable
- All round experience in client development, team leadership and project delivery
- Strong track record delivering projects under JCT contracts
- Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management expertise
